Thanks for posting in our forums. I am sorry to hear there are issues with the link to reset your password. I would recommend clearing out the cache and cookies within the browser settings. If that does not correct the issue, please let us know including the error message you are receiving.

For the past several months, I've been having problems logging in. If I have cleared the cache & cookies and get signed out, I get an error message that my password is incorrect (it is not). I have to click the "forgot password" and enter my email. That brings me back to the login page, and lets me log in with the original information.

Thank you for your follow-up message.

I noticed in your original message that you said you are using Firefox for your browser.  Will you please try Chrome and see if you get the same result?

Also, for Firefox, I recommend making sure a password is not stored within the browser.  Clear any entries out for the password in the browser and type it in each time.
