we're trying to integrate our store, which uses prestashop 1.6, with shipping easy. the shipping easy module has been installed in our store and API keys inputted. everything is square on our end.

no orders were imported into shipping easy. also, clicking the button to send an order to shipping easy gives an error "access denied". i've tried sending any order with any kind of status and still get the same error. also checked that the API keys were not entered with any extra spaces in beginning or end of the strings.

suggestions anyone? mucho thankso.
