We're a small company so we often have lulls in orders for long periods of time and I've noticed when this happens shipping easy pauses the syncing of our orders through WooCommerce and we have to restart it whenever there is an order that does come through. Does anyone know why they pause the syncing in the first place? It's inconvenient to have to restart it every time and then wait for the orders to start syncing with our site again. Also, is there a way to update someone with a tracking number if it's a random package we're sending with a new label that's not for an order through our store? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
