Hi Gene,

With the tracking numbers we display in our Shipment History, the status is based on Endicia updating it. Sometimes it doesn't update until after they close the day, however, we are able to force the status to update if they're not showing the correct delivery status when you hover over it.

This isn't a browser issue, so you won't need to clear cache or cookies in order to see the correct status.

What needs to be done to force update, to display delivered?

I have custom filter view for shipments, that shows all non-delivered packages, but at least 3 of them show delivered per USPS link, but status is stuck in "In Transit - Out For Delivery"

To force an update, that is something that we'll need to do on our end. If there are some tracking numbers you need to be updated, you can post on the forums and we can get that done for you!

Here are the 3 tracking numbers that show "In Transit - Out For Delivery", when in fact they were delivered, and I double checked on USPS, to make sure it says delivered there as well:

Hi Gene,

I was able to update those 2 tracking numbers in the backend.

We rely on the postage account to update the delivery status so it's not something that the Developers can fix on our end.  Our Product Team can keep it in mind as they talk with our postage providers, though.  

The actual tracking link will have the most up-to-date tracking information.  If we can assist with manually updating any other shipments, please let us know.  We're happy to help!
