Yesterday on 4/3/19, I attempted to ship to orders and only one label was able to process. The other kept rejecting. I soon realize that there was an issue on the endicia postage side which was causing this. I should of had the $8 dollars and cents available to send this label after the problem was rectified on your providers end. But nevertheless my funds are incorrect and showing only .3 cents now. I ultimately sent the package of through my shopify shipping. Can you look into this issue with missing funds? I can not comfortably continue to add money to my account if there's a technical issue.
If someone goes into my account you will be able to see my postage purchase last date and what was shipped after that. The math doesn't add up. I appreciate support on this matter as soon as possible.

Sorry for any confusion caused by this issue. Due to the temporary outage with Endicia, some postage purchases were made but no labels were created. When this happens we automatically cancel those orders for a refund. These refunds go through the same process as any other canceled label in Endicia.
How am I refunded after cancelling a USPS label?
Please allow up to 15 days for those purchases to be refunded to your Endicia account.
