We would like to be able to run any report by store...We thought this was something in the works but we have not seen anything yet.
This would be a HUGE help and maybe prevent us from having to switch companies as we grow...We are getting close to that point.

Thanks for posting in the Community forum! There is an option to choose a specific store on the left side of the Reports Dashboard page.
The drop-down menu allows for views of:

By selecting a single store prior to the report selection and export, you should be able to get the data for a single store that is integrated within the account.

Not true...It looks like you can run reports by a specific store, but you cannot. It still gives you everything...

I am sorry for any confusion with this issue. What type of report are you trying to run? I am afraid the filter by store does not work for Inventory Reports at this time.
I hope you don't mind but I tested running a report on your account and was able to generate a report for a single store when I set the store filter before exporting that report. The example is on your exports page right now.
It sounds like you may need to clear your cache if you are selecting a filter and it is not sticking.
