I AM FURIOUS! My Paypal account was just charged $37.28 and I've never used your services. I want that transaction credited IMMEDIATELY! FURTHERMORE, in speaking with Jack Ship, the Shipping Easy rep, I was told that I would have a FREE ACCOUNT for LIFE.
