Outage / Shopify Sync

Is there an outage occurring between Shopify & ShippingEasy.  I can't seem to get SE to show any updated sync information.  I've looked through the troubleshooting and no luck.  I have even deactivated my Shopify API link and reinstated and no luck.   It shows it's in the sync process but never updates.

Thank you for your post!

We did run into some issues with Shopify orders yesterday but our Development Team was able to resolve those issues the same day.  

I just clicked the Sync button on your account and 2 orders from today came through.  You should be good to go now but if not, please let us know in the comments here so we can assist further.  Thanks!
