Cannot add postage to account

Every time I try i get this error Stamps.com postage purchase failed because: Purchase failed. Account exception Exception with code 0x00560102; module 86, category 1, item 2

Stamps.com reported an issue with postage purchases but it has been resolved now.

Hi Paula,

There was a small issue with Stamps.com last night that affected the ability to purchase postage. It should be resolved now and you should be good to purchase postage. If you find that you're still getting this error, please feel free to reach back out and we'll happy to look into the issue for you.

I'm getting the same error message today, February 8, 2020. Can you tell me when this be corrected? Or, can I call you and pay for the postage?

I just got this error message today when trying to ship a label. I tried 3 times and it won't let me add money to my account. I have plenty of funds spare and need to ship this item out tomorrow.

I an getting this same error today - 12/1/2020.  It sure seems to be a common error.
