Test print works fine in system dialog.

Test prints works fine on Endicia professional.

I have purchased $200 worth of postage, printed out 5 or so labels, and had to refund all of them due to an issue with the label printer.

We just received the label printer, so we are trying to work out the kinks.

Now, all of a sudden, we can continue to get the following error message when we attempt to print a label:

The label for Order Number 120644 (our internal order number) could not be printed and your account was not charged for the postage.

Details:
Your postage print request cannot be completed at this time.
Please contact (877) 463-4278 for assistance. Error
encountered (Log ID: 5272)

I have talked to support many times today.

I called the number listed above, and they proceed to tell me that my account has no blocks or anything on it.

They transfer me to tech support.

Tech support removed all of the drivers from the label printer and tried to reinstall.

Again - test print from Windows worked and test label from Endicia Professional works flawlessly. Printing LIVE postage does not work and proceeds to return this error with a new Log ID each time, of course.

I am not sure what to do from here, but we need to get this working as soon as possible.

We have no choice but to use Endicia Professional as I cannot find any other program that allows for COD options the way Endicia Professional does. We need a solution that prints the handwritten form rather than having to write 100+ every single day. I will have to hire someone just to do that here soon, so we would really love for this to work correctly.
