Customer or Internal Notes - More Obvious Indicator

We have noticed that some customer and/or internal notes are being missed when shipping orders. Currently there is a small conversation bubble that appears next to the order number to signify that there are notes for the order. This does work if you happen to look at the order number, but if you are not consciously looking at the order number it is really easy to miss that small symbol (especially since most times there is no reason to look at the order number itself).

It would be super helpful if there were any notes for the order if it would highlight the entire order number cell, or even the entire row for the order. This would make it much more obvious to the user that they need to check the notes and would help eliminate us missing important notes for orders.
