UPS Negotiated Rates not working

Hello, 

 
Our shipping easy account is not working with the Negotiated UPS Rates anymore.
 
 
 
 
It was previously working and we did not change anything. I have confirmed with UPS that we still have the discount.
I tried reconnecting the account to shipping easy and it is still not working.
 
How do I fix this? We need it to work. It was working and now it is not and is very frustrating.
 
When I go to UPS website to quote the rates do work...
 
yes, I have clicked the  check box on shipping easy UPS settings.

Hello John,

With UPS negotiated rates, all we do is pull in the rates that are provided by UPS via API. Since you mentioned that you disconnected and reconnected your UPS account and that didn't work, there's nothing that we can do on our end about the displayed rates since the information is coming from UPS. Since you mentioned you confirmed with UPS that you still have the discount, you could try reaching out to their technical support team and see if the correct rates are being pushed via API to see if that may be the issue.

Please also keep in mind that all the rates you see are quotes, and the final amount would be reflected on your UPS invoice once you receive that.
