The Shipping Rules has an 'IF' for Requested service (which is currently broken, not allowing multiple selections..).

However, I would like to be able to just select a carrier. Currently if I want to automatically select a third party billing account for a customer's FedEx shipment, for example, I need to select every single service option FedEx offers. It would be much easier if I could just select a carrier.

Also, some carriers require special considerations for us. Being able to handle these accordingly with Rules would be very helpful.
