Checking your account it looks like you may have updated your card for postage recently.
Please go to the Postage and carriers page > Then click the Manage Account link next to the Stamps.com logo, on the next page click the Account Settings link. This will take you to the area of the Stamps.com account where you can make sure that the correct card is on file.
If the correct card is on file and you are still unable to purchase postage please contact Stamps support at 1 (855) 889-7867 to see if there may be an issue with the payment method selected.
