I have done the troubleshooting for shipping confirmation emails not going to the customer and nothing works. I can't even send a test email. The emails used to work and we have not changed anything. The notifications are set to send and the store is connected.

Checking logs for the email servers all of the customer emails are being sent.
For other merchants that may run into this issue, please make sure to check your spam folder to make sure that emails with the subject line for your confirmation emails are not ending up there.
