Duplicating Orders on the Order Screen

On the Orders screen, the last two times I've printed labels, each order is duplicated. I have two copies of the exact same order. The details match exactly for the duplicates. When I print, one label the duplicate copy remains. :(

I'm currently using the free plan with ecwid ecommerce. The order in the ecwid admin shows as shipped when I print the label, but I still have the duplicate order in shippingeasy.

I understand that there's not much support for the free version, but with errors like this and no real support, the alternative may be to use a different shipping service. :(

It sounds like you are printing one of the orders from the orders page and it goes to Shipment History and then another order with the exact same shipping info stays on the Orders page right? Do these duplicate orders have the same order number or are they different?

I did look at the last order you printed for the last name Mcclain. I do see two orders.  One was cleared and the other shipped.

I think the issue is that you have two Ecwid stores connected:

One order is coming in through each of them and its the same order.  I see you shipped "Sonrise Stable Books Order 1985":

Then cleared "Sonrise Stable Horse Books Order 1985"

https://app.shippingeasy.com/act/orders/1078081303

I see the same issue with order 1984.  It looks like you are shipping from the Sonrise Stable Books instance of the store and the Sonrise Stable Horse Books is pulling in a duplicate.  If you don't need both of these stores connected, I recommend disconnecting whichever store you are not shipping from.  Here is how to disconnect a store:

Same order number. After I print a label, I delete the copies. I only have one store so I don't know how 2 got in there. It didn't duplicate the orders at first, just recently started that.

I disconnected one of them, so hopefully that will fix it.

The store settings look good now.  I see the duplicate store has been archived.  You should be good to go but if you run into the same issue, feel free to post in the comments here so we can assist further.  Thanks!
