Hello, I've linked up my Etsy store to ShippingEasy. I attempted to manually sync Etsy to fetch my latest orders. However, even after half an hour, the orders never show up, and the manual-sync option still shows "Last synced" as never.
I have tried disabling then enabling the Etsy integration, but the problem persists.

When the Etsy store was connected initially, was this guide followed?
Also, are the orders in Awaiting Payment and Awaiting Shipment status? We currently only sync those statuses for Etsy as outlined here:
