Cannot add postage

HELP!!!!!I cannot add postage today, used 5 credit cards to try but getting an error message:

Your postage purchase request cannot be completed at this time. Please contact ShippingEasy Customer Success at (512) 960-4101 for assistance. Error message: Purchase failed. Account exception Exception with code 0x00560102; module 86, category 1, item 2

 

When I call the number, it tells me to wait for 5 min and then disconnects my call. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
