I tried to set my printer to print a 4x6 label with no packing slip. I chose the first option, clicked on the test label and it was the correct format. I clicked on the blue save button and it said my printer options had been updated, but when I hit print it did not print the 4x6 label. It printed the 4x6 label with the packing slip which I had been using for previous print jobs. I tried setting the printer options again and then used the reprint function, but it still printed the label and the packing slip. Why is it not recognizing the changes I made to the label settings?

Thanks for posting to our forums!
Changes made to the label settings only apply to new label generated after the changes are made. Labels already in Shipment History would not have the setting changed as the PDF was was already generated for those.
If you are not seeing the changes made to new orders' labels, please provide an example order number so we can assist further. Thank you!
