Problem cancelling and getting refund for a label


I have a label for a package from US to Canada and three weeks later, I checked the tracking info which says it was cleared by customs in Malaysia. I think it's safe to assume it's never going to arrive in Canada. When I try to cancel the label, it gives me an error message that makes no sense. How do I get a refund for this label?

Sorry to hear about that mixup.

In the case of any label that has been scanned by the carrier, you would be unable to cancel that for a refund in our application.

Once something has been picked up by the carrier any claims would have to be made with that carrier directly. That is, unless you had purchased third party insurance, then you would make the claim through Shipsurance.
