converting from endicia to stamps.com

Our account has never been converted and it is impossible to follow the help guides for things such as signing up for UPS via One Balance since this option isn't in our account. Please help me convert our account. Thanks

We received approval from the team for the conversion so your postage account is now via Stamps.com.
