When I started to move my orders from shipments to ready to print it moved one and then I got a message that my account was disabled. When I go to One Carrier to reconnect the Stamps.com it comes up with an account identifier that is not my account. I know my Stamps.com account number and password, and this is not it. But it wont let me change the account number. Very frustrating. I have packages to mail and cannot get my account to let me do anything with them! And why was it disabled? I used it very recently with no problem. I am able to log onto Stamps.com with no problem. Help!!
