I updated endicia, quickbooks, and shipgear to be able to ship since the update said that it would no longer be in compliance with usps. After the update i get Error 2819585. ive spoken to tech support and they try and reset my pass phrase but nothing works. I have no clue what to do please help.

Is the 2819585 showing on Endicia or ShippingEasy? If so, was there any other part of the error message, perhaps text-based, that you are seeing? Are you resetting the passphrase withing ShippingEasy? If so, let us know the steps you are taking.
