Error 32 when trying to log in

I have been trying to sign into my ShippingEasy account all afternoon but when I click the sign-in button, I receive an error displaying:

Error code 32

The proxy failed to connect to the web server

 

Is this a known issue? I have restarted my computer, restarted my router.... no idea what the situation is and I can't ship anything til it resolves.

I'm so sorry that you were unable to connect to ShippingEasy. The error code that you received could indicate a number of network issues that, unfortunately, aren't specific to ShippingEasy. Therefore, we would have some difficulty troubleshooting this issue as it is not coming from our servers.
