This is weird, I went to ship this order and went ahead and purchased the shipping and then you normally go to Print the label. Well after I purchased the shipping the whole order disappeared!
If I search for the order, it comes up on the orders page /orders/XXXXXX (XXXXXX = actual number) But below that it just shows the "Buying Label" bar animation.
The order does not show up as previously shipped, or ready to ship, it appears to be stuck.
Could anyone provide some assistance as to how to clear this order out so we can attempt to re-ship it. Or if possible diagnose what happened that caused this to hang in the first place?
