Stamps.com Conversion Frozen

When I log into ShippingEasy, the screen says "Your ShippingEasy account is unavailable during conversion. Please wait for the update to complete." It has displayed this message for the entire day. I think it's safe to assume there is a problem. How can I resolve it? I already cleared cache and cookies.

toskicovey, yes, the development team had to remove the conversion screen for me. Maybe Bria B. can create a ticket for you, too?
