Locked out of Stamps.com

Yesterday there was an issue with Shipping Easy. During that issue, I was working on a UPS shipment that decided not to process correctly with UPS; upon second try, it did went through but right after that I was locked out of my stamps.com and it showed as disabled.  I tried numerous connections and nothing worked - not even the current password.  Tried changing password, nothing.  I've been trying to fix this for over 2 hours and still can't figure it out.  Please help!!
