Error when I try to add UPS to One Balance

Hi,

I'm trying to add UPS to my One Balance. However, every time I try, it says "Error submitting the form. Please try again." How can I get this fixed? Thanks

Hi.  I'm having the same exact issue when trying to open my account. 

The two solutions in the support center don't help at all.  There are no apostrophe's in company name and first and last name combined do not exceed 20 characters.  it'd be helpful to update the support center with any other possible causes of this issue.
