Shipping Confirmation Emails Suddenly Not Being Received

My shipping confirmation emails are set up to send to the recipient immediately after postage is purchased, and BCC me.  However, these notifications stopped showing up about a week ago, despite multiple shipments being sent out since then.  The last shipping confirmation email I was copied on was August 19th, 2020.

I have not made any changes to my settings but have doubled checked them to make sure they are still set up correctly and cannot find any reason why these notifications would have stopped being sent to me.  They had previously always shown up in my inbox right away but I have checked my Spam folder just in case and they are not being sent there, either.
