I'm looking for a date picker that the customer can select that will integrate over with SE.  Using Shopify as platform.

I've found a few plug ins within shopify but none so far transfer over when printing with SE.

Overall goal is to allow the customer to choose a shipping date or delivery date a few weeks out and then be able to see that information in SE.

Anybody have any luck or another way to accomplish this?  I don't think I'm the first one trying to achieve this.  Please help.
