There are some orders that I must manually edit and split into separate orders depending on weight. After mapping the way I want to split them, Shipping Easy splits them incorrectly and causes new orders to be created that are different than I had defined. I reached out to Shipping Easy about this problem. I extensively document the issue (and continue to) and had to keep at them every day just for them to acknowledge the problem is real.
I was told that it would be worked on. After no change in the issue and no updates for about 2 weeks I reached out again with a list of every order it had occurred with since our last communication. I was then basically given the run around which leads me to believe that it’s not being addressed at all.
If anyone else is experiencing this issue then please chime in. I hope that enough people do so that they take it seriously and do their job.
