I connected both of my stores and even tested the flow; everything works perfectly, which makes me super excited.
The final thing that I want to figure out is what I should do to make those transactions show up in my QuickBooks account. My Volusion store is connected to the QuickBooks account, and usually, when I fulfilled my orders in Volusion using their system, all the information about transactions was automatically sent to QuickBooks. However, now when I started getting the orders fulfilled by Amazon using ShippingEasy, I don’t see any data coming to my QuickBooks. I confirmed both with Volusion and Amason that the transactions should still come from Volusion to QuickBooks but not sure how to arrange it now.
I checked the articles online, but they only offer integrating QuickBooks using Connex, which is not an option since I already have my Volusion connected to Quickbooks and is pretty expensive.
