Hi, few months ago one of my UPS packages was lost.
As recommended by Shippingeasy, I filed a claim with UPS.
Once the claim was processed, UPS only credited the cost of product in the package and not the shipping costs.
I contacted UPS about shipping cost. They told me, since I have used a third party vendor (stamps.com), I need to work with them to get credit for amount I paid for the lost UPS package.
How can I do this? Using the tracking number, I found the package I shipped via Shippingeasy but the only option I have is to cancel the label which won't work since the package was shipped.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
