It is very cumbersome to scroll through page after page of orders to see what has not reached its destination. With the USPS 2020 holiday shipping delay debacle, I show orders from 12/11 that have not yet reached their landing spot. A report to isolate the orders that have not been delivered would be the fastest (i.e. most efficient) way to gather this info. In addition, when you click on a tracking number, often the last "update" is from days or even weeks ago. Not acceptable. I don't know if it is a Shipping Easy issue or a Stamps.com issue but it needs to be fixed.
