Credentials could not be validated Magento 2

Hi, we have been connected to shipping easy for a couple months, we had to change our admin password on the magento end and it disconnected shipping easy. I have tried reconnecting but no success, We tried creating a new admin account on magento just for shipping easy but still no success. can you help us get reconnected?
