I decided to try out this shipping service to streamline my shipping but all it has really done is create a huge problem for me. Firstly, unless I pay more money to upgrade my plan I have no access to any support about issues. I find this ironic since they were calling and emailing me so much when I first signed up. The only way to get any help is by posting on this forum even if I fill out a support email. Also, I added the $10 minimum to the account to pay for one shipping label. I am sure this is most likely a way to keep the leftover money since I will never use exactly $10 and I won't really get it back. After I did that, I was charged a random undisclosed $1 fee which I did not authorize and I am very unhappy with. This company is ridiculous on how it chooses to treat potential clients. Please get back to me about this.
