Postage purchase failed because: Payment Server rejected the payment.

I have been trying to purchase (top up) my One balance account for 2 days now and tried several different credit cards with no success.  I continually get the error message Postage purchase failed because: Payment Server rejected the payment.  I have even tried to add more than the minimum nothing is working.  

Please help I have shipments to get out urgently.
