Recently purchased and shipped out an international label (1Z0X3V576782400248) but it was returned to me because I did not include customs forms (my fault). Tried to request a refund but that didn't work since it was scanned into the system.
International package returned to me.

Hi,
If you cancel a label after the shipment has entered the mail stream, it will have no effect on the delivery of your shipment. The act of cancelling a label with ShippingEasy prompts the refund. However, after a label has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
