We ship all of our international packages via FedEx and a couple limitations on shipping easy usually prevent us from being able to use your software for international shipments (we use the FedEx website for all international shipments). 

1) In shipping easy you are not able to indicate additional costs on the commercial invoice including "insurance", "freight", "packing" or "handling".  These boxes appear on your commercial invoice as $0.00 and there is no way to change that. 

2)You are not able to upload a letterhead with company information to appear at the top of the commercial invoice. Many countries require the commercial invoice to be on company letterhead.

3) You are not able to attach EEI information to the shipment when shipping via FedEx. I see that you support this feature with other shipping methods (USPS) but not FedEx. Why?

If these three areas were addressed, we would use shipping easy for all of our international shipments.
