eBay is my primary sales platform.
If a customer says part of their order was missing/damaged, I'll ship them a replacement accessory/cable/etc. But there's no easy way in ShippingEasy to create a new order from the previous order/shipment. There are two methods that kind-of work:
1: Go to Shipping History, find the existing order, and click "Create Duplicate Shipment". This creates a new shipment linked to the previous order, but there isn't a way to edit the item/price/description/quantity. I resort to hand-writing the corrections on the packing list. (Cross out the price and write "warranty replacement", etc.) If later I need to look up the status of a replacement/warranty shipment, the duplicate shipment won't reflect what was actually sent. (Only what was shipped on the original order.)
2: Create a new order. But the "Search saved addresses" box doesn't work for names/addresses on eBay orders. I have to manually copy & paste the name/address/email/etc, wasting time. Also, this new order isn't linked to the previous order/shipment.
There should be a way to create a new order related to a previous shipment, or to be able to modify a "duplicate" order created with the current process.
