So I am trying to find a program that will automatically go through all of our tracking numbers for the orders we ship out. The program would keep track of all the packages we send out, through all the carriers we use. Than it would notify or alert us if a package is missing, hasn't moved for several days, or is a late delivery. Having a program like this one would allow us to keep track of our carriers performance. How reliable, proficient, and consistent with deliveries they are. It would allow us to give our customers a better estimate, or possibly a guarantee shipping time.
