USPS rate provider account. - out of sync. Problem

Hello,I have been trying to send packages regularly through ShipEasy but for the last month or so my primary carrier (USPS) has been "out of sync" which cause me to not be able to ship anything. I have been struggling to fix this problem and would like some advice on how to proceed.
