I am wanting to be able to purchase USPS labels through Amazon's account (like we were shipping through Amazon without an inventory management system), but on Shipping Easy. The reason being, that when a customer claims that a 'delivered' package was not recieved, Amazon will cover the lost package for free... but only if it was purchased through their system (even though to all of us, it is actually the exact same label, but Amazon thinks otherwise). I found out that some platforms are able to do this, so it appears to be technically possible, but after speaking to support, Shipping Easy is not able to do so yet.
I am still looking for this feature. I am very close to just dealing with shipping directly through Amazon due to the high amount of packages showing delivered but customers claiming they were not. Amazon is supposed to cover these claims if and only if we purchase the label through them. I buy insurance insurance on Shipping Easy, but that does not always work either, as many customers absolutely refuse to read their emails or outright refuse to confirm an insurance claim. Being able to purchase "Amazon Labels" through Shipping Easy, like on some other platforms would literally be the best thing to ever happen to my business.
