Connecting to Store

Hello,

When I try to reconnect to my store, I get sent to a page of a little Robot and it states "Hate it when this happens!  The application encountered an internal error.  Please retry to get in touch and we can help."

I've been trying to connect for over an hour with no success.  Help!  I need to get some orders out!

I appreciate any guidance!
