I'm am trying to fix a long-standing issue. When I create manual USPS shipments/labels and try to print a USPS scan sheet for those along with my Shopify orders, I always get an error that I can only combine shipments from the same return address. The manual shipments and the Shopify shipments are all being addressed from the same return address.
I was told my my chat support rep the following statement:
"Regarding this matter, it won't be possible to combine shipments that are coming from two different stores."
My understanding of this now is that my Shopify orders are considered 1 store, and my manual shipments (that I create in Shipping Easy) are considered a different store. So when I want to print a single USPS scan sheet, the system will not do it. Can we change this so I don't have to print multiple USPS scene sheets for the same daily dropoff? Thank you!
