Oversized shipping charge not added

Our site is not correctly calculating shipping when an order meets and exceeds the threshold to be considered oversized. Dimensions and weight have been double and triple checked. We've lost nearly $500 in 2-3 months for under-billed shipping to our customers since September24. Please advise.

We have already contacted UPS with the API request and response. Waiting to hear back from them as well.
