Each day I list about 25-35 items on eBay. At the end of each day, I import to SE. Only about half of my listings are actually making it to SE. It is very random. Supposedly the escalation team is working on it, but no one has reached out to me, and it has now been happening for over a week! I keep checking in and I get the same generic reply that says we are working on it and have no estimated eta. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! I can't be the only person this is happening to. I list on four platforms, and this has caused a mess. I am over-selling product, my inventory and COGS is a mess. My month-end reports will be a mess because my inventory and COGS will be off. Please tell me you are having this problem too.
