Please add a way to hold orders that do not show up in the Orders Page or RTS screen. The current solutions are not user friendly and still prone to error - categories and assigned users etc. Orders that need to be held (per client request or waiting on product) are being accidentally shipped because they hang out in the RTS screen for weeks.
