If you are a ShippingEasy customer that needs to update a buyers address:

1. Go to orders tab type in persons name or order number into the search field to find their order. Make sure you are typing this into Search Orders and not Search Order History. 

2. Click on order and a pane will show up on the right hand side. Scroll down to order details.

3. Click edit for Recipient address. Type in apt number on the second line of the address field.
