Most ShippingEasy subscribers will require proof of postage purchases, subscription fees, as well as shipment insurance purchases (if applicable).
Getting your year-end tax reports will require you to access a few different resources:
ShippingEasy's REPORTS page holds data across a variety of metrics, including postage costs and insurance costs. These reports may be used to reconcile data or act as the sole source of data. Learn more about the available shipping reports.
Shipping Providers, including Stamps (for One Balance costs), UPS, FedEx, and consolidators, will have the best records.
One Balance cost via Stamps can be found at Stamps.com. Learn more about obtaining your Stamps transaction history.
UPS postage costs can be found within your personal UPS.com account. Log in to UPS .
FedEx postage costs can be found within your personal FedEx.com account. Log in to FedEx .
Consolidator postage costs can be obtained by speaking with your consolidator account representative.
ShippingEasy subscription invoices are sent via email at the start of each billing cycle. Each invoice features the following subject, with [#] specifying a unique invoice number for each bill: Your ShippingEasy, Inc. receipt [#]
You can also access your ShippiinigEasy invoices by clicking on SETTINGS >> SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING then click on the Invoices tab.
Shipsurance insurance invoices are sent via email on a recurring basis. Learn more about how Shipsurance insurance is billed. Each invoice features the following subject, with [#] specifying a unique invoice number for each bill: Your ShippingEasy, Inc. receipt [#]
